We’ve rolled out a batch of improvements based on your feedback — here’s what’s new:

💳 Set your card-payment default, once You can now choose whether new orders start with credit-card payment on or off, instead of toggling it on every order. Head to Settings → Invoice settings and look for “Accept credit card on new orders by default.” It applies to new orders only (existing orders are untouched), and you can still override it on any individual order.

🎫 A faster, cleaner Support area
We gave the tickets/support section a tune-up:

• Reply emails now show your message text properly (no more raw code).
• Adding a comment no longer errors out the page.
• The tickets list loads noticeably faster.
• You’ll only be emailed for new messages and comments — not on every status change.
• The whole screen now works smoothly on phone, tablet, and desktop.

📅 Accurate job-sheet date ranges
Job sheets now use the exact dates you select, with the range fully inclusive. If you’re outside the UTC timezone, your sheets will no longer shift back a day
or drop the final day’s orders — the range you pick is the range you get.

🧾 For our UAE bakers: VAT-compliant Tax Invoices
You can now switch your invoices to a UAE Tax Invoice format from Settings → Invoice settings. It shows a “TAX INVOICE” title, your TRN and your customer’s company + TRN, and VAT-labelled totals — across the invoice page, the PDF, and the POS receipt. It’s fully optional and only changes things once you turn it on.
