New Feature: Order-Based Inventory Check & Shopping List is released
Based on your feedback. A new feature has been added: The Terms checkbox information saved from the e-commerce site and the invoice detail page now show on the Order View page, indicating that the terms have been accepted by your customer.

New Feature: Order-Based Inventory Check & Shopping List is released
The Order-Based Shopping List Calculator generates a shopping list based on orders within a selected date range.
It works by first collecting all orders within the start-to-end dates, sorted by delivery date. Then it calculates ingredient needs by checking each order’s products and recipes and summing the total quantities required across all orders.
Next, it tracks available stock using the remainStockAtOrder value recorded when each order was created, summing these values once per order to avoid duplicates if an ingredient appears multiple times.
Finally, it determines what to buy: total required is the sum of all ingredient needs, in stock is the sum of stock available when orders were created, and shortfall is total required minus in stock, showing exactly what needs to be purchased.
This approach uses historical stock data from the moment each order was created, not current stock, ensuring accuracy when handling multiple orders in the same period. The output is a clear shopping list showing ingredient name, unit of measurement, total required, in stock (from orders), and shortfall (what to buy).

We have made one of the most significant updates to the Order Creation Form and Its Associated Products.
Several bakers have requested that we display the Tax as a separate line item at the Order Level, and this feature is now available. You can choose to manage the tax either at the Product level individually or at the Order level. You have the freedom to select the method that works best for you.
