Cake Business

Thank you

As the year draws to a close, the Bake Boost team wants to extend sincere thanks to every baker – from home bakers to cake shop owners – who made 2025 a year of momentum, feedback-driven improvements, and meaningful product progress.

Your passion for baking and dedication to running your business with clarity have shaped how Bake Boost evolves.

Listening, Building, and Delivering Real Tools for Bakers

This year, Bake Boost stayed true to its core mission: simplify bakery operations so bakers can focus on what they love -baking. Daily updates, feature releases, and workflows were built with your feedback at the center. From inventory insights to order enhancements, the platform continued to grow in practical, usable ways that matter for everyday bakery management.

Order and Inventory Enhancements

  • A more powerful Order Creation Form rolled out, enabling clearer control and customization.
  • Tax management options were added both at the product and order level, giving flexibility to bakeries of every size.
  • A new order-based inventory check and shopping list tool helps a baker plan ingredient shopping with precision — turning busy work into a moment of clarity.

These improvements mean less time juggling spreadsheets and more time baking and delighting customers.

Product and Workflow Improvements

Calendar views and customer contact editing features improved everyday usability. All were built in direct response to Baker’s input.

Productivity tools like Quick Add for Cupcakes (with size and filling options) and easier category management were introduced.

Stripe and Square online payments integrations expanded to support smoother customer transactions and deposits/partials.

Reports and Financial Tools

New reports – including shopping lists, delivery summaries, and baking lists – gave bakeries deeper insight into operations and production requirements. Expense tracking also became live, helping bakeries manage costs with greater confidence.

Growing with the Community

Transitioning from another service earlier this year, many bakers joined the Bake Boost family. In response, we extended trial periods and worked to ensure a seamless onboarding – offering more time to explore the app and make informed decisions without pressure. Your participation in feedback forms, community groups, and live sessions helped Bake Boost prioritize meaningful features and improvements.

Real business needs shaped the journey this year – and by bakers’ willingness to share challenges, ideas, and aspirations. From importing master data to prioritizing smooth order flows, the team worked to ensure Bake Boost answered real bakery scenarios.

What This Means for Bakers

Bake Boost’s philosophy remains simple: business clarity eventually leads to better baking days. Every interface improvement, every integration, and every new report was designed with that belief in mind. Whether it was simplifying taxes on orders, helping with ingredient planning, or streamlining payments, each update aimed to build less stress and more control into a baker’s workflow.

Looking Ahead to 2026

With 2025 behind us, Bake Boost is energized for even more meaningful progress in 2026 – including further refinements to reports, workflow tools, and customizations based on your baker insights.

But first – thank you.

Thank you for the feedback, the ideas, the late-night messages, and the commitment to clarity in a business that requires both creativity and discipline.

Here’s to a New Year filled with steady growth, joyful baking, and smarter business decisions.

Happy New Year — from the Bake Boost team to every baker building something meaningful.
